- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To make sure I understand what the customer wants and to give them an accurate and affordable account for work to be preformed. I will give them a fair time frame in which the work is to be done. In the end I will make sure that the work that was done was done the customers way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in my field with on the job training for more than 20 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I needed a change and my cousin owned a flooring company and he took me under his wing.After my first job I liked the feeling of changing something old into something beautiful
