I wanted a brunch done for my daughter’s graduation and he came thru. everything was amazing. I love that he communicated well with me I told him what I wanted and he gave me that and more. Also I have a very picky family and everyone loved everything they talk about the food all night. Chef Dru, Thank you so very much for the wonderful service you provided at our New Years Eve dinner party. The appetizers were displayed so elegantly. Everyone raved about how delicious all the food was. You were very responsive to my questions and on time arriving to my home. Very personable and relatable to the guests asking you questions. Depending on the event and occasion we can offer discounts to show appreciation to our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On our website we have a general overview of what an event will cost so they know what to expect. Generally the customer will inquire about a quote for a party that they will provide the details. Then we will reach back shortly with an exact quote that the customer can accept and make partial payment to lock in booking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have highly trained chefs with hospitality management degrees and have 10 years plus of culinary experience.
