I've been having network issues at home for many years. I've tried to hire other people to fix the problem and even tried to fix it myself, but nothing worked. I was getting frustrated and thought my problem was never going to fixed. Then I found Mark's ad in the Celebration newspaper. He was great! Not only did he fix the problem, but he was very knowledgable and was very assessable. He was always willing to help whenever I asked. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of technological assistance!

Mark Miller is fabulous! He took my computer from completely DEAD to practically new. That obviously took some serious work and knowhow! He also optimized techie things about my house that made my internet faster and much more reliable. He is prompt, courteous, and reliable. If he says he's going to do something, he does it. If he can't do something, he is clear about that also. But mostly he can do everything--even things you had no idea it was possible to do.
Give him a try. You won't regret it.

We had an ongoing issue with WiFi in our hotel - it was time to upgrade, but estimates were crazy. Until somebody recommended us Mark.
I cant say they were cheap, but their approach to configuration was totally different and we ended up saving a lot of money. We got our 60 suites covered with only 12 access points at $75 each - a fraction of costs offered by others. It was creative how they arranged the equipment and we liked the fact that they didnt try to up-sell us anything. At the end it WAS very cheap - we achieved maximum coverage with minimum price. Also hotspot was free and it wasn't open-source, we didnt want open-source, we just paid for configuration to insure that each guest gets no more than 1 Mbps and does not abuse our network with high traffic torrents.
Not sure if I gave too much details or too little, I normally don't bother with reviews but this time it's different. I got a link from Mark asking for feedback since I was a customer, I am just happy to respond and say "thank you, I highly recommend them.
