Drafting correspondence and pleadings, such as complaints, subpoenas, interrogatories, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and legal briefs
Calculating legal deadlines and filing documents as required.
Scheduling of Mediation, Hearings and Court dates
Contacting and conferencing with clients.
Analyzing and summarizing documents.
Performing legal research.
Attending to office matters
Attend legal functions including executions of wills, real estate closings, depositions, court or administrative hearings.
