Had to cancel the service. Unfortunately his guy for my area was not very attentive when trying to arrange service. I really liked Adam's intent on the level of service we agreed on. I think he would be worth a shot and you would be satisfied with the work. I'm sure the issue I had was resolved after our conversation.Jan 8, 2018VerifiedZac J.'s reply
Hi Reginald, I'm not sure of exactly why you weren't able to schedule a time for our technician to come out. He said that he had attempted several times to reach you but that you had told him you were out of town and would reach out when you were back. I think it was just a situation where your schedule and the tech's schedule for that particular week didn't jive. We did reach you the following week once you were back in town to schedule a time but you had already contacted another company. Sorry we couldn't be of assistance! Adam/Organix Pest 954-415-9614

Adam is a true pro and really knows his trade! I will use him again and recommend him for any pest problem.Oct 26, 2017Verified
He responded to our "rat" emergency immediately. However his solution was one that would not bring immediate results....a bait trap outside the unit and would make ongoing service inevitable. He did not identify the point of entry. We subsequently had someone put bait inside the unit with instruction on how to block the entry points with steel wool.Oct 26, 2017VerifiedZac J.'s reply
Thank you for the review Sonya. Unfortunately I believe that there was some miscommunication. Our program is designed to draw the rodents out of the structure so sealing entry points before we have been able to identify the fact that we have been able to do this is counter-productive and would actually prolong your rodent problem. We always communicate this with our clients prior to starting rodent service. Once control has been gained on the rodent situation we come back out for another inspection and at that time recommend exclusion work be done - sealing entry points, patching holes or putting wire screen and so forth to prevent reentry. If you had any question about this or didn't understand the method being used, we should have gotten a call, however we never did.
