Elaine was great to work with on all the details before the cleaners came. She was responsive and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. - What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Our best customers understand that we run to a schedule and while we will do our best to accommodate any changes requested by the client, if they cancel suddenly, the worst case scenario is that the staff are left with nothing to do. This affects their income and can affect my ability to retain the best staff.
