We had Leo put together a complicated bedframe with lighting that I bought online. The reviews online stated it was very difficult to put together, but it only took Leo a little over an hour to assemble it. He was very responsiveness. We contacted him on a Friday afternoon, and he came the next day on Saturday morning. He unpackaged the bedframe and he offered to take all of the packaging to the dumpster even though our community maintenance worker came to get it immediately. He worked very fast, and it turned out beautiful.

Myrna is a very professional, energetic and positive woman. After reading all the reviews I wanted to give her a chance and I did. She has the knowledge, experience and the staff to handle all the house needs. As soon as we gave her the house keys she took care of it. Within a week, we had a great offer and a responsible family coming to my house. She takes care of the payments and she goes and inspects the house making sure that the house is well maintenance. If there are any repairs to be done, she will let you know. She is very accessible, if you need to contact her, just call or email her and she will return your call or email. I did not ever have a chance to work with Bernhardt Restoration, but I worked with Mark and his wife Noeli when they previously operated a business called 'Blade Runners' in Northern IL. They performed snow removal and landscape maintenance services. Mark was always punctual for all appointments, did very professional work for my landscaping requirements, and exhibited professional demeanor and courtesy at all times. My experience with Tech Lead Enterprise was excellent. I was having some issues with my son's laptop but not quite sure what the problem was.
