I scheduled an appointment today with Ram for 4 PM and drove from work in Boca to his office in Lake Worth. I waited outside of his office for 25 minutes, and during that time, I repeatedly checked my phone for any emails or phone messages from him as to when he would be arriving. I told him on the phone that the appointment was due to pain I was currently in, and expressed the need to be seen right away. We mutually agreed on the 4 PM time. I explained that I had somewhere to be for work at 6 PM this evening, and Ram said it was not a problem for him to meet me at his office for a massage from 4 to 5 PM Ram did not contact me to let me know he was running late. I ended up leaving at 4:25 PM and sent him an email letting him know that I was sincerely disappointed by his lack of courtesy and professionalism after waiting outside of his closed and locked office and driving out of my way to be there on time. He sent me an email back with this threat: "Do not ever make me rush to get here on time ok you dont have a clue" As a busy professional in South Florida, my expectation is punctuality, professionalism, respect and excellent service. I scheduled an appointment with another massage therapist for tomorrow, and I am saddened and frustrated that I have to be in pain another day due to Ram's insensitivity and lack of professionalism. Pay a little extra, do your research, and avoid this massage therapist. There are plenty in the area to choose from who will be more than willing to accommodate with respect, punctuality, and quality care. Don't make the same mistake I did today.

I hired Ram for an all day chair massage event. He was on time, courteous, and an excellent therapist. He even offered to help clean up afterwards. He is a real team player and has mastered being fully present with his clients while there is a lot going on around him. I would definitely hire him again; I can only imagine how focused he is without all of the distractions.
