Very disappointed. Scheduled an appointment to have our roof, back travertine lanai and screen cage enclosure cleaned. Amy scheduled us a week out at their first availability. We prepared for them by removing all the items from the lanai for the Saturday morning scheduled. They never called or showed up. Left a message inquiring, and they never returned the call. Left another message two days later on Monday to inquire about rescheduling, and again they never returned the call. Two of my neighbors and our HOA manager expressed similar issues. This not only wasted our time and caused a major inconvenience finding another contractor, but was very unprofessional and others should be aware.

Kym , In response to your review , I have attempted to call and reschedule with you a couple of times and gotten no response . Also I have not received and missed calls or voicemails either regarding rescheduling your appointment due to rain on your original scheduled date . I apologize if there was some type of miscommunication regarding this and we take total pride in our customer service and would never want to jeopardize that . Please feel free to contact me if you would like to solve this and nail down another line of communication if you are still interested in our services . I apologize again for any inconvenience and hope we can resolve this .

We offer roof cleaning packages starting at $140.00 we also offer a free driveway cleaning with any roof cleaning (up to 500 sq ft ) .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact us via phone or email , we gather your information and research the property online to gather the information we need to provide the quote . Once the price is given we discuss our available appointments and work with you to accommodate your scheduling needs .From that point you will receive a call the day before your appointment to confirm and then you will receive a call 30-45 min prior to the techs arriving on the day of your appointment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a young boy my father did side work as a painter and on the weekends I would get to do his pressure cleaning work . After years in other industries my wife and I decided we want to build a successful business so naturally pressure washing was my choice .
