I contacted them on Tuesday. They set an appointment for Wednesday between 2:00 and 4:00PM Arrived at 2:30 After looking at UTube, I had been prepared to need a replacement board Drtv saw the problem, did some sort of reset and suddenly the problem was solved I paid a minimal fee for the service. No parts replaced, etc Total time about 1/2 hour Excellent!!
