- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently studying to prepare for my Network+ certification and I plan to go to community college for the more advanced ones that require an actual class to prepare for.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am inspired by my older brother and his fascination of computers. I always wanted to be in the computer field because of him.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Hardware/Software repair, Virus Removal, Operating System installs/repairs/upgrades to name a few.
