- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many different configurations of sliding glass doors. We have standard pricing, but it takes an understanding of what the door is comprised of to understand how to apply the pricing. If you would like a quote then call me and we can discuss your door in detail, after which, I can give an accurate pricing guide. We are very good about staying to our quoted pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients call, we discuss their door issues in detail, and then typically I quote the pricing over the phone. Unless there is water intrusion or collapsing header issues, which I need to see, most clients typical problems can be quoted after educating them on what we do for a door.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a glass and glazing specialty contractor's license for window and door installation which I keep current with 14 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
