Checked with many roofing contractors and none would give the guarantee that Blake Co. gave us for the price they gave it to us at. We had some exterior leaks that had us concerned. We hired Blake Co. to repair and perform maintenance on our roof and they did a great job. Went through our first rain and we are extremely happy to report NO LEAKS. Thank you so much Tim Blake for the work you did for us.
