Tomily and his crew did an AMAZING job on my home renovations. I had flooring installed, redone baseboards and doors, several handyman tasks completed, and a lot of electrical work redone in my home all for a reasonable rate. Definitely 10/10 recommend and will be using them again in the future!

Working with Rad Pad properties was easy and an overall positive experience. Erik did the work and not only communicated with me to confirm the appointment but also when he was on his way over. He did an excellent job explaining what he was seeing while performing the work, but also worked quickly and efficiently.
Tomily and Rad Pad properties did an amazing job renovating our kitchen. They had all the right suggestions along the way and remodeled within a really good timeframe.
