We are selling our home and had the big inspection. 7 out of our 9 windows had major issues, springs and other parts needed replaced. I got a quote from a supposedly respectable window company and it was over $1,600! PLUS the guy said my built in shutters AND frames around each window had to be removed 1st before he could do the repairs!! Needless to say I searched out other local professionals who did window work and found Ryan Searage. I called him and he came out and gave us a quote (which was half!!!), ordered the parts and was back the next week and fixed all 7 and the best part was he didn’t need my shutters removed in order to do the repairs. Mr. Searage did an amazing job, my windows work like new!! He couldn’t believe I was told that in order to fix the problems that the shutters and frames had to be removed, that would have cost me an arm & a leg!!! Come to find out Mr. Searage does almost everything, we have a lot of work that needs done at our new home next month and he will be the FIRST guy I’m calling!!!! We’re grateful that we found him!
