I had never been able to give up cigarettes. Kept trying and kept failing. Yvonne directed me to see that because I kept trying, I was giving up nicotine and that I wasn't a failure but instead was making a wrong choice every time I picked up a cigarette. That was the very first conversation with her and I knew she would be the one to help me. That was nearly 2 years ago. We worked together she provided education, helped me develop new patterns and rituals replacing the old "habits" when I use to smoke. I have a whole new perspective a new outlook on my life and understand what she means when she tells me to change the ways I look settings and things I look st will change. That's only one of her directives, but thstbonevsticks because now I have changed many other things in my life and added a few more wonderful habits that are so much more fun. Just ask my wife! Was able to attend the first session after rhe virus opening. Program was effective, group was fun in spite of the anxiety. Hope to stay the course no that I have the tools to cope

Yvonne was very knowledgeable, calm and patient in listening to what I needed to work on. She made me feel so relaxed and then very enthusiastic in actually being able to accomplish my goals - because her enthusiasm is so contagious! I loved working with her and after our third session we made such significant progress - not only am have I now up nicotine completely, but actually attempting to now work on weight gain! I referred a few people to her who thanked me ...for referring her! She’s an exceptional Counselor w so much clinical and worldly experience. I now understand that many difficult and joyous discoveries on my own Journey have led me directly to this Life Path to serve the greater good of what Spirit intended for us both. My therapeutic approach combines counseling with energetic soul work, finding this to be a highly effective approach in assisting others achieve positive, lasting change with ease and grace.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
 CERTIFIED CLINICAL ADDUCTION COUNSELOR since 2002, working primarily in the Mental Health/Addiction field as both an Assistant Program Director and an integrated dual diagnostic clinician for both men and women. REIKI Master Teacher incorporating spiritual practices with clients/patients since 2006. Student of various meditation and spiritual traditions for the past thirty plus years, including Shamanism, Crystal healing work and numerous native spiritual teachings from my wonderfully gifted lineage and heritage.
