We hired him to assemble a very heavy large patio table and 8 chairs. He was excellent. Arrived exactly on time, and conquered the task in a few hours. Delighted that we found him and we will definitely use him in the future as he seems to be a jack-of-all-trades (per other reviews).
Patio slab, Mike put in a slab 12x18 for patio room extension. Fair price And a good job.
Called ahead of time to get details and arrived exactly when he said he would. Cost was very fair and he made sure to give me more than one option for my roof and ceiling/skylight repairs. Offered to come back out to the house if there was additional leaking. Very satisfied customer.
Rymar totally redid my Florida Room with new walls, ceiling, painting & built me a patio. The work is excellent, their team was considerate, professional & completed everything in timely fashion. They also applied crown molding to my entire home and that is the icing on the cake. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who wants anything done in their home.
Excellent work on 2 bathrooms, kitchen, walk-in closet. New wall studs & wallboard, tiled floors & baths, tiled floor & backsplash in Kitchen, built pantry, installed closet fixtures, moved toilets & pipes, lights, electrical boxes, plugs, switches, trim, ceilings, painted, installed windows. We plan to use Carlos to finish other rooms, repair roof, new fence, remove tree. He does not waste materials or time and his prices are reasonable.
The owner, Rey, cares very much about providing good service and quality work. We had vinyl windows installed in our lanai. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend Silverback Screening.
Brian was very fair in his quote. He scheduled an appointment very quickly to clean and apply a double coating to my flat sunroom roof.
Came by within 24 hours to give us a free estimate. Came out the next business day to replace our entire patio screen, install a new door in the patio screen, as well as install a doggy door in the patio screen. Excellent job, happy client! i would hire again
Freeman installed a floating composite deck on our flat roof. He did a great job, was incredibly professional and I will hire him again!
Michael has done several projects for me. I had my porch torn down and rebuilt, roof reshingled, and a section of stucco removed and reapplied. I was very happy with the work and would not hesitate to call Michael again.

Tear down of upper deck patio area. Tiled a 330 sq/ft area and installed waterproofing and baseboard. Excellent trustworthy guy. The job was done A+ and I will use him and hes crew again anytime.
Parthenon R&R remodeled my entire house! Installed new kitchen cabinets with tile, extended the roof in the front of house, laid cement in back patio, installed new roof, and installed dry wall and textured it. He handled the insurance claim, the paperwork, spoke with the adjuster(s), and explained the entire process to me for the water damage and sinkhole. Excellent work, very good quality. Also very detailed in his work. I recommend for anyone. Parthenon DOES IT ALL!!!!
Job well done, I called him for roof problem not knowing he is also good fixing other stuff. So at the same time he fixed my electrical problem. I have more work to be done at my home, so will be hire him again soon. Price is good too. Thank you again!!!!😀👏👍👍👍👍
I can not rave enough about Reel Construction, they are second to none. We are new residents of Seminole, FL and bought a home that ended up needing some MAJOR repairs and renovations (including structural). Not knowing anyone locally for the job, we had to depend on our gut to choose our General Contractor. We reached out to countless contractors, called numbers off of vehicles driving down the road and trolled the internet for more hours than we wished. Our scope included: -Demo the entire exterior of the house down to structural wood and replace 30 year old cedar planks with Hardie lap siding and nasty tar paper wrap with Tyvek. -Eliminate 2 windows entirely, convert 2 windows to doors (one sliding and one french), replace 11 other 30 year old windows with up to date, code compliant Anderson windows, convert 1 sliding glass door to a window and cut off a dilapidated, rotted 12ft x 8ft balcony on a third floor. -New roof. Which he was honest in telling me that I was better off contacting a roofer independently and gave me 3 roofers to contact. We ended up Going with Acoma Roofing...also a total home run, great experience, phenomenal outfit! So, after reaching out to dozens of people, it came down to 4 GC's... 1- Guy A, came by to look at the scope and after calling him for a week asking for a proposal, he finally answered the phone and said he did not have time for our job. 2- Guy B, was 3 hours late to a set appointment, "could not find our house", claimed he is a one man show with no overhead which is why his (incomplete) estimate that did not cover my entire scope of work and was suspiciously low...This dude was 80 years old and didn't really "listen" to me during his visit anyways. 3- Guy C, I had to beg him for a face to face meeting to go over the scope of our job for 3 weeks! He finally sent his "new foreman" and he showed up to our house late and with his wife and kids in tow...Then I had to beg him for 3 more weeks for a proposal which I still have not gotten as I write this review. And those are the ones that I got in touch with!!! This doesn't include the countless emails sent and voicemails left with responses that range from no call back or clearly incompetent outfits, to having a yelling match over the phone because "I didn't know what I was talking about and if we are going to start out by you telling me how I'm going to run my job, then go call someone else..." It is exhausting to even narrow it down to 3 equal, or even similar options to choose from. Also, if you are reading this and are wondering who these other outfits are, feel free to call me for more details, my name is Happy 904-716-1616 So on to the good stuff, from day one, Jory was punctual, attentive, accommodating and answered the phone (or called me back by COB) every time I needed him. He is friendly, clean cut and very professional. He is well educated, courteous around my wife and kids and well mannered. Basically the dude has it together and is not a disheveled mess. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we met. He caries himself with the confidence that no job is to big but remains humble enough that you would hire him for a simple bathroom remodel or an inexpensive deck addition...I can confidently say that he has the knowledge and skill to tackle any job. He took care of every detail from pulling permits to assisting with my material order from Home Depot. He negotiated with the scaffolding company on my behalf and took a bill that potentially was $10k to half of that. He coordinated every city and county inspection and did EVERYTHING on the up and up. I do not have a shadow of a doubt that he is the most honest General Contractor that I have met or will ever meet, and that extends to his crews BTW... On several occasions his crews worked at our house with full access to the inside (we had no option) while we were out of town or away for the entire day. Most of the time he was not there the whole day, leaving Crispin, his main foreman in charge. At no point were any valuables in our house (or garage) even looked at, there was plenty of opportunity for stuff to go missing and it never happened, it's not even a thought to these guys. With a lot of hesitation, I gave him the keys to my house, but our stuff remained as safe as if I was there watching them...it blows my mind that people this honest still exist. Everybody from Jory himself, Crispin, Pablo, Vicente, Thomas, Ken and down to the newest helper were there just trying to make an honest living. They represent what is great about America! The quality of his work: I am in the elevator business, I came from oil and power, I know my way around tools...on a few occasions I tried to cut some corners (not compromising the end product or look, but mainly to save money) and he put his foot down and did things right. On one occasion even saying that his name was on the line and he would work with me on the cost of doing it right if he needed to but refused to cut a corner, even when I was asking him to! In any event, we ran into a lot of water and termite damage to the house that was out of scope and he could have nickle and dimmed me to death but instead chose to keep my final bill reasonable (he is not the cheapest guy out there but he is the best by a long shot, and you truly get what you pay for). Now check this out, and I still have a hard time believing this myself, but, he started my job the day we agreed, he finished my job 15 days ahead of schedule and the final bill was within 2% of his original budget... Everything you have read so far is why I am taking the time (that I don't really have) out of my busy day to write such a detailed review. He deserves to be raved about and no, he did not bride me to write this! As you can read, Jory Romano and his crews far exceeded our expectations. I will never go to another outfit for my future remodeling or constructions needs nor will I ever stop raving about how impressed I am with Reel Construction!
We had Elson as part of a team that added an addition onto our home. Troy was very prompt with his schedule as well as responsive to our needs. His work quality was excellent, and often went the extra mile to ensure everything was done properly. Further, he replaced a roof and facia on a neighbors home that was also professionally done. I'd have no problem recommending Troy and Elson Exterior's.
Victor installed a decorative patio and side walk at our home. He is an "A" number one contractor. Great communications, Great and fast service, Quality products, Work accurately described, Fair and Reasonable Competitive costs. Professional help and left the job site clean. We'll use again.
Built an add on to my deck, screened in patio. Great communication skills, always on time and a fair price for work performed. Will most certainly be doing business with again.
They totally remodeled my entire house. New kitchen, drywall, painting, roof, siding, hard wood flooring, carpet, ceramic tile, and built a garage. They got everything done ahead of schedule. He was very easy to work with and kept us informed of everything. I would never hire another contractor to do any of our work again. We will use D&J contracting for everything.

I like to work with customers who are looking to purchase a home. Some Home Inspectors will "over look" certain things during the home inspection just to close a real estate deal. My reports are always thorough, accurate and reflect the true condition of the home.
