Jason has been training my husband and I for almost 2 years now. Not only did he help me get rid of my babyweight, but I am the strongest I have ever been. He began training us at home after I had my son. Jason would incorporate my workouts with my newborn and stroller when necessary. We moved 3 times over the past year and he made sure we were able to workout at every location. Jason is a very motivating trainer. I often think I can't do what he tells me to, but somehow he gets me through it successfully. My husband and I both tend to get lazy when working out alone, but not with Jason, he give us the push we need. Jason is not only extremely passionate about what he does, but he is also very knowledgeable. He knew what I should and should not do after I had my baby. My husband struggles with back issues and Jason has helped him tremendously. He can always answer any questions I have regarding exercise and nutrition. We would absolutely recommend Jason. He will work with you and make sure you reach your goals. Jason is a great trainer!

David quirdingo is an awesome trainer. He would taylor workouts for my specific goals. He is also motivational. Being concerned for my health and ability to complete workouts was a concern for me , which was one of his concerns also. He constantly made sure that my flexibility was up to par , and that I kept up with my numerous injuries therefore allowing me quality workouts. Nutrition is one of his concerns as he offered advice in that area as well. His pricing is affordable and his schedule is flexible. If you are looking for a great trainer I highly recommend David !

I am 52 years old and have been involved in all sports since I was about 4 years old. My love and focus was and is still, baseball. I play competitively in an age 28+ league here in Florida. As you can imagine, after years of beating up my body, I developed more and more aches and pains. I've torn hamstrings, separated my shoulder about 6 times, broken bones, so with all these and getting older, they were becoming unbearable. A friend told me about Dr. Norika and her practice and a multifaceted approach, one being acupuncture. To say the least, I was very skeptical. I met with Dr. Norika and spent our first visit talking about my past, medications I had used in the past, injuries, treatments, etc. she was very detailed with respect to what my issues were and expectations through various types of treatments. She has an amazing insight to the body and which treatments to use for various aches and pains. One thing Dr. Norika focused on mainly, was getting to the root of the pain problem. She focused on acupuncture, laser treatment, manual therapy and massage. I was truly amazed! After our first treatment, I felt noticeably better. The true test was playing my next baseball game. I felt years younger and an amazing feeling playing with much less pain. The combination of treatments: acupuncture, laser, manual, massage and posture readjustment, was my "fountain of youth." Dr. Norika didn't stop there. She continued to give me "homework", things to continue working on at home to help myself feel better. We also talked about nutrition and how my nutrition can make a huge impact on how I feel daily. She gave me a nutrition plan and we talked over the months readjusting it from time to time, to get it where I can really feel a difference. If it weren't for Dr. Norika, I would have had to stop playing baseball and wouldn't have had the energy to get out and be as active as I am with my two boys. I can't thank her enough! Customer service is great. I wanted to lose weight but didn't know how. They walked me through the whole process and after 3 weeks, I am still enjoying the meals. Each meal is portioned to my daily intake and I never knew so much went into nutrition. Working with Chris has been and continues to simply be one of the best experiences ever. I'm not only impressed by his knowledge about the body, nutrition and how to help me reach my goals, but how he actually 'cares'. He pushes me to be better, stronger and faster but above all he also pushes me to believe in myself. Hello, we have had the pleasure of working with Sarah. Sarah has a deep knowledge of nutrition and preparing healthy food choices. She asked us about what flavor profiles we enjoyed the most, then based on our likes Sarah would create a weekly menu. She would email us the weeks menu and double check if any changes are needed. In our case Sarah would shop for the food, the come to our home and prepare meals for the week that were ready to heat & eat. The food quality is excellent and tasty. With the bonus it helped us lose the weight we were trying to lose. It also eliminated the question: what do you want for dinner? Sarah enjoys cooking and it shows. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone who wants high quality nutritional foods that taste great.
