To my surprise, Maureen is not only a fantastic yoga instructor, but also an excellent experienced ESL teacher. She was professional, creative, and a true joy to work with. Her students really loved her classes, and they left Orlando with greater English skills and a new unforgettable experience of yoga practice. I'd hire Maureen again in a heartbeat.

Superb in every aspect of teaching. SuryaStarr comes from a very grounded spiritual heart and meaningful focus to all those present in her class. She is extremely knowledgeable & professional in teaching proper alignment, form, centering, strength, breathing and release. Always encouraging one to be present within themselves while connecting with the yogic experience. SuryaStarr’s Yin Classes are nothing short of Brilliant! Personally, I find them a healing form of Yoga. Great for decompressing and releasing while being focused on a cellular level with your body as it communicates within you. It is a beautiful balance to a stressful life. She has given that gift to me. Because of SuryaStarr’s abilities & talent as a gracious teacher you carry that with you when walk (or float) out the door. Yin also compliments SuryaStarr’s Anusara Yoga 1 classes where she excels at teaching the five universal principles for alignment of both the inner & outer body. With her ever present knowledge she will gracefully guide one to strengthen & firm their muscular energy with rewarding awareness. She is a very gentle teacher that helps keep you on the path of your intentions of gaining the knowledge one is seeking in yoga. Oh, and I might add she has a great sense of humor! It is with much gratitude in my heart I have her as a teacher.

Tina is an awesome trainer. We hit it off from the very first day. She keeps the workouts challenging but lighthearted and fun. Because she has such a great variety of experience the workouts are never the same. Yoga, pilates, HIT, strength training and spin are just some of what she dishes out weekly. Not to mention she comes up with some pretty killer ab moves. (a tight core is a good core) I definitely never get bored! No matter how painful it gets she always keeps me coming back for more! Grant is an inspiring and very talented yoga instructor. He is not just a great instructor, but someone who makes you feel comfortable and is like you knew him for years. He is very humble and he is very professional, and you will not be dissapointed! Grant is very patient and will support you from the level you are at even when you're being difficult and can't seem to get a pose right. He's just a very sweet, caring person by the way he teaches his class. Keeps everyone relaxed and smiling through the whole process. For that reason I enjoy yoga and he inspired me to continue yoga-practice at home when I don't have much time to get to class after work.
She taught me a personal yoga class and it was a great experience. As someone who doesn't do yoga much I enjoyed how clearly everything was explained. I got a good workout and an intimate stretch.
