I was in a major car accident and due to several complicated injuries I've had a really difficult time finding ways to exercise and keep moving. In the first few sessions with Goldy we talked about my needs and what I was looking for and he was really understanding. He has gone out of his way to be accommodating and receptive to adapting exercises and taking feedback when something isn't working for me. He acknowledges when he doesn't know something, but goes and finds experts or science based research to learn more. My husband and I did partner training sessions with Goldy and it worked really well for both of us. He was able to tailor our workouts for our individual needs. I will always recommend Goldy! However, Rebecca is the surprise bonus I didn't know I needed! I now work with her and I'm so glad she is a part of the team! She's an amazing caring individual with a background in occupational therapy, hypermobility, and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (turns out that's something I have). I've really lucked into the best situation and I'm so glad Goldy recommended her as a trainer for me!"See more
