BUYER BEWARE — I hired this company based on their reviews... having used them first hand I’m now convinced they are written by friends or family because this company is a CON. I have had a pool for 10 years and over the years required 2 pool recoveries. Which if you have ever had one you know it takes 2-5 days to recover for a fee of $150-$300 depending on the condition. My pool had gone untouched for two months during the cold months of December/January. Our baby was born early February and my mother in-law was coming to help so since it hadn’t been maintained I knew I needed a recovery. I put out feelers on thumbtack and they were the first to respond not having the time or energy to call around like I usually would I accepted the $300 recovery fee (even though I knew it was high I needed it done quickly). He showed up the next day and wanted the recovery fee and first months service up front which through my experience is highly unusual and I’ve never had that request before but again needing it done quickly I paid him the $300 plus $110 for monthly service. He literally brush the pool for 5min and left my husband a bag with a few small yellow bags of suncoast shock and told him to clean the filter and pour in the chemicals. He then told him to clean the filter a few times over the coming days and he would be back. He was gone within 15min of his arrival. After a week I texted him asking when he was coming back. A week later he sent his brother without chemicals and only a leaf picker. The brother arrived at the end of that week (now it’s been 2 weeks since this process started) was here for an hour or two and left. Another week goes by and I ask him when he is planning to come back. He shows up within 2 days. Without testing the water pours nearly half a gallon of acid into the pool. Mind you since I had personally maintained the pool several times over the years I was able to walk my husband through the process and we had been maintaining the chemicals since his first visit 3 weeks ago. The ph was already at 7.6 and didn’t need all that acid. He brush the pool, poured in a cup of granular shock attempted to use his battery operated vacuum and after receiving several phone calls over the hour or two he was here he then left. It’s now been a week since he was here last and a month since this processed started... I got a text message last night that due to understaffing and a high volume of clients he is no longer servicing the Orlando area and won’t be coming back to my house. I naturally asked for a 50% refund by which he has refused to issue stating his time and the chemicals he used more than accounts for what I paid. I’m all My years I have paid far less for significantly better service and want to make sure that no one else has to go through what I am. We paid all that money and did the work ourselves. I have filed a claim against him and want to warn anyone thinking of using this company to do so at your own risk because you may end up in the same boat.

We appreciate any feedback but we should be more accurate if you understood how pool cleaning works it takes an acid wash which naturally drops PH and then we got the ph back to normal we only weren’t there one day due to an employee having break problems, as my personal schedule was booked and I came out and cleaned the rest of the pool as it needed you had 4 inches of algae in the bottom in which we used our nets to take the algae up it was green to clean and we did a month service dating to the 14th of this month here are pictures and we mentioned the steps to follow we reached out letting you know the steps to follow when we’re not there we have stretched ourselves too far so we let everyone know after their month was up with a few days before so they could find someone more local that our business was growing too rapid from our home base and in the future hope to be able to service the area again, I am sorry you felt robbed in which we didn’t the pool needed all it’s levels back up from scratch and those chemicals alone cost us $150.00 plus 2 hours labor to my employee and everything else we were trying to help you as we have
