My coaching process involves:
Conducting fitness assessments and consultations with clients
Designing personalized exercise and/or meal plans
Demonstrating proper exercise techniques and providing instruction
Monitoring clients’ progress and adjusting programs as needed
Providing education and guidance on healthy lifestyle choices
Motivating and supporting clients to help them stay on track
My goal is to help clients achieve their fitness and nutritional goals, improving their health, self-confidence, and overall quality of life. I help them to understand that being healthy and fit is a lifestyle of healthy habits to maintain in their everyday lives day lives without feeling that is an obligation.
