I've been working out for a long time. I have "multiple sclerosis" and have been dealing with it for sometime. I thought I knew everything about working out but after I had a workout session with John I realized I know nothing about working out. Do yourself a big favor, check out Johns 35 minute fitness, I think you Will be Impressed.Apr 20, 2013John M.'s reply
Thanks brad Can you mention that you have ms, and how strength training is important for your functional fitness not being in a wheel chair like some other folks Thanks bro ?
A number of years ago I worked with John Mckeon. My goal was to lose weight and tone my body. In three short months, working only twice a week with John for about 1 and 1/2 hours I looked and felt better than I did in my twenties. This was extraordianry because I have always been atheletic from swimming, wrestling and martial arts. I highly recomend John as a trainer.Apr 10, 2013
