I've been working out for a long time. I have "multiple sclerosis" and have been dealing with it for sometime. I thought I knew everything about working out but after I had a workout session with John I realized I know nothing about working out. Can you mention that you have ms, and how strength training is important for your functional fitness not being in a wheel chair like some other folks Thanks bro ?

A number of years ago I worked with John Mckeon. My goal was to lose weight and tone my body. In three short months, working only twice a week with John for about 1 and 1/2 hours I looked and felt better than I did in my twenties. This was extraordianry because I have always been atheletic from swimming, wrestling and martial arts. I highly recomend John as a trainer.

John is a very experienced,educated,and on the cutting edge in nutrition,and is a fitness professional.
Over the last 4 years he has helped motivate and in courage me to overcome my back issues, when the chiropractor could not.Build tones in my upper body.Also he helped me improve my flexibility and figure fitness.I would highly reccomend him as a personal trainer.

I've had many personal trainers and John ranks amoung the best. I has a way of motivating you that keeps you energized, not only while your working out, but in through the weeks and months of training. He personalizes workouts to your needs. With him, there is no "one size fits all" approach. I would highly recommend that you hire him. You'll be glad you did.
