We are a full-service caterer available for any event, big or small! You decide on what you want to serve at your wedding, birthday, corporate meeting, or anything! You can call or email today for your free consultation, and let's get your event planned! I like to do things a bit differently than most. I'm not big on pre set menus or packages. I would rather find out; what do you want to eat at your event, what's your favorite food, what budget you have in mind, and a theme or style of cuisine if any. Then we can craft your menu based on what you want to eat, not what is available in package A. Based on this initial consultation I'll be able to send you a proposed menu and quote and then there is very little left to decide. We only have two up front fees. If you would like to do a tasting (either at the kitchen or in your home) there is a $100.00 fee. This fee is non-refundable should you decide not to book us for your event. Should you decide to book us, this money is deducted from the final invoice balance. Should you book us, there is a $250.00 save the date fee which locks us into your time and date. This money is refundable up to one week prior to your event should you cancel the event or our services for any reason. This money is also deducted from the final invoice balance. Every food item is purchased and prepared no sooner than the day prior to your event and nothing is pulled from a freezer pre-prepared from a previous event.
