What I asked for was: Book shelves installed, closet shelves installed and a wall bed installed (Murphy bed). After discussing the jobs, sending pictures of the projects and agreeing on fee, I agreed to have JP do the job. He also could start the next day which was important since we were moving in and are trying to settle in unpacking boxes and these projects are holding us up. I went to Lowes and HD and bought all the parts for the closet. He showed up late, then said he left his tools at home. He came unprepared. it took him over two hours (wasted time) to go get his tools. he partially finished the closet.and promised to finish it after Christmas if the ball game didn't get in the way. I agreed to Monday at 9:30. Monday 9:30 came and went. I called at 10:07. he returned the call and gave an excuse of driving all night and need his rest and promised to do it the next day. I told him not to bother. He is personable, but I found him very unreliable and he wasted a week of my valuable time. I don't like to give a negative review but I wouldn't want to mislead anyone either.

I hired JP to replace an attic stairway. At the time I didn't know it would not be a typical install since it was built into the roof. He came out and optimistically said he could handle it. To my surprise he was able to install the new ladder with a little extra effort! JP is a very friendly guy and he charged me far less then any other bid I'd received. Thanks JP!

Jerry really knows his electrical stuff. I had a problem with an outdoor light that didn't come on and within just a few minutes Jerry had it diagnosed & repaired with no new parts needed. I will definitely use him for more projects.

1st to get as much info as possible..2nd to review the work to be done at the location and then check on Materials that are available and prices to complete the bid for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always researching new and old materials and techniques for installing them that I may have not thought of..very cool when I find something I may not have considered.
