- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Those will be itemized and discussed/agreed upon by all parties per client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial meeting, I will draft a plan that we'll work from for the contract duration. Once agreed and retainer received, you're all set for your date and event. Depending on the scope of the event, we'll communicate as needed for a successful meal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the culinary program at the Art Institute. I have been in the food industry for over 20 years in a variety of capacities. Most of my culinary background focuses on catering and events.
