- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! There are specific CE's for Real Estate Agent/Realtors® that must be met by Florida law. For example, there's a sales associate 45-hour post-license course to be completed within the licensees first renewal cycle. If any laws or regulations change, a Realtor® must be aware!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In July of 2014, I realized my long-time dream by moving to the Space Coast, Florida area and decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. I am approachable and adaptive, work well all personality types. My intimate knowledge of the market will save you, the home-buyer, time and money in searching for your new home. I am a honest, professional business woman, who has owned and operated her own business. I am hard-working, dedicated, and a great listener. My approachable personality makes everyone feel comfortable. Your goals become mine, with customer service as a top priority. I will use my skills to make your dreams a reality! Searching for a new home or selling your current home can be a complex and wearing experience. It is absolutely essential to find a real estate agent that is deeply involved in the business and loves what they do to show you the way. I do exactly that. I love real estate, and it is my greatest goal as an agent to make the process of buying or selling a home a flawless one. I am aware that every transaction is different, but with my listening skills and adaptability, I can find the best solutions to all of your needs. - Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I listed a home in Palm Bay, FL on February 16th, 2015. Within 8 days in was under contract and sold :-) Closing date was February 24th, 2015.
