- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should expect a set and final price once it is given with absolutely no increases. Unless the customer would like to add more repairs or would like to upgrade materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick and friendly communication and scheduling. Fast and professional high quality work provided. After the work is complete pictures of the finished work will be sent by phone or email before payment is collected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I was 14 years old I have been roofing on my families roofing crew installing asphalt shingles. at 16 I was installing full house systems, at 18 I was hiring managing and training new employees and completing full projects, and by 21 I was established and on my own installing full asphalt and rolled roofing systems. 30 years old now and acquired more knowledge through experience and hard work though multiple different fields and friendships in Utah, California, and Colorado: including Insurance hail and wind damage and multiple styles and types of roofing projects.
