- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You tell me what your budget is, your likes and dislikes and I create a menu with a variety of selections and pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with my future clients directly to ensure all of their catering needs are met. We customize a menu with many choices and pricing.Tastings are available if time permits. Once the menu, staffing and all other events needs are met, a contract is created.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a culinary degrees from L' Academy D' cuisine in Bethesda Maryland in 1991. I have worked in the most high end five star restaurants for the past two decades and have learned many techniques from iron chefs.
