Chef Brian and his team were phenomenal. I was planning the party remotely from New York and it couldn't have been easier or more stress-free. On the day of the event everything was amazing. The food was delicious and presented perfectly and the team happily went above and beyond to make sure all our guests were satisfied ---From doing ice runs for me to picking up forgotten champagne. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you hire them you won't be disappointed.

Damaris married us yesterday! She was so flexible, good spirit! We decided to tell our guests that it was a surprise party for a birthday and that Damaris was a friend of mine. She played along until we made the big announcement to our guests that we had reunited them not only to celebrate my husband's birthday, but to attend our wedding ceremony. Damaris offered us many different options of vows, we made adjustments with her, she even provided printed copies in English for the guests that didn't speak Spanish for them to follow and feel included. She did a remarquable ceremony and many of guests made that comment to us afterwards. She is professional, more than punctual and a really nice and smiling person on top of this!

What didn't Laurie do for me?! Laurie has outstanding work performance and worked with me on my project for months in advance making sure my vision was met and gave great ideas and saw them through. Since I was an international client, she ended up being much more than a party planner and did everything imaginable to deal with people and situations that I was not able to deal with where I was. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding and most of all I couldn't ask for a better personality from someone. I rented a home in Miami which turned out to be a disaster but she helped me deal with the realtors, she decorated the place and set gift baskets in the guest rooms which we discussed with personalized noted written by me. They were beautiful and were packed with goodies agreed by me and she added her own flair. She was there bright and early to cook an outstanding breakfast for me and my guests and was back to prepare for the pool party. I didn't know how she did it all working with the kitchen amenities that she had but she did it all ! She went over and beyond her way in all areas of her service and would recommend her to anyone. There is far more that should be written on her services that weekend as she was an excellent planner. I will be using her somehow in the future and will definitely recommend her to anyone. She will not disappoint. !

Barbara was a delight to work with! She bartended our wedding reception and was extremely professional and affordable. She brings her whole bar set up so you don't have to worry about a thing. She even picked up ice for us too. Barbara staffed our party with a second bartender who was equally pleasant and professional. She was able to meet a few weeks before hand to go over details of the party too. She even reached out to me the day before offering to be of any help and assistance in party set up. Outstanding! We originally booked Culinary Artz for just the catering, but by the time of the wedding they handled everything from full service wedding planning with entertainment, to flowers, to decorations and site set-ups. They took care of everything, and they went above and beyond, making sure everything went perfect. We were very uneducated to what was needed and what to expect for a wedding when we first sat down with Culinary Artz, they took the time to walk us threw in detail what to expect, and answer any questions we had. We had a lot of shifts and changes in our planning, due to a lot of factors, but culinary Artz took the time to help us and to adapt to the change, they never missed a beat! They excelled at the little things that made the wedding all that much greater, like saving and serving the whole wedding party outside before we made our entrance. I can’t stress enough how much that made a difference after a long day of running around getting ready with no time to eat, especially to my wife. With Culinary Artz as our wedding planners, we never had to worry about a thing, they took are of all the set up and breakdown, all the placements and decorations looked incredible. My wife and I were able to focus on our day, and not worry about any of the planning or details. Now to the food, man was it good! I personally have never had wedding food that exited me or I thought tasted that great. Michael and his team hit it out of the park, every dish was perfect, and not one person had anything negative about the food. We received many compliments all night that the food was amazing, and we had a very diverse and picky crowd. So I’ll end with this, Culinary Artz created a beautiful stress free environment, with incredible food, that over all allowed us the enjoy the whole day the way we wanted, and for that I say thank you to the whole Culinary Artz team!

We had Chef Michael cater a cocktail party for 30. He spent a great deal of time before the event to make sure we had everything just right. It was a pleasure to work with him and with Nancy who was a everywhere at once during the party. The food was delicious, especially the fish cakes which were a creative substitute for the usual shrimp. I would definitely recommend Culinary Artz for your party.

I used Lori's catering services for a small get together and birthday party for about 30 people. Since I was a novice at party giving, Lori was very good about checking in with me along the way and making suggestions about both the menu and the setup. We had more than enough food which had been a particular worry of mine since I could not picture amounts. The party was for noon on a Sunday and I elected to do sort of a blend between a brunch and a lunch. In particular, the strata, mango salad and berry fruit salad were the most popular and I found that the dressings, sauces and spreads that accompanied the food were what added to the uniqueness of the ham, rolls and other salads. Everything was tasty and fresh. The delivery person was on time and helpful with food placement as it was a buffet style. The dishes were all set to go on platters and we supplied the serving utensils and beverages. I would certainly recommend Lori for whatever occasion you might need these services.

Well, I was waiting to submit my comments until my issue was resolved but it has been close to two months and I am still waiting. Although I thought that Gladys Perez and her delivery person, were very pleasant, I soon was disappointed after the delivery. It was Christmas Eve, the party was outdoors and one tablecloth was extremely large for the 5 chair patio table I told her I would provide. No problem..although it took time, I used pins to adjust. Then the buffet skirt for my 8'ft table had no clips..I called and called and I finally received a phone call of apology but they could not bring me the clips because they already returned to Hialeah and it was "Christmas Eve". My house guests and myself sweated over pinning this thing to the table which weighed a ton 40 minutes before my guests were to arrive. I still had to get ready. The stress was not pleasant. The next day, when they were picking up the rentals, I was told that I would be refunded the skirt price of $20....I called last month, no return call and I am still waiting. I have a party in April but I will not be considering A&J Party Rental. They got a 4 star because I pressed the wrong button, it should have been a 3 star. Sorry.

I am very picky and initially i was worried that this party would stress me out and that I might not get everything I wanted, but that didn't happen! The colors worked so well together and the set up was very clean and neat and perfectly placed. It looked like the pics of classy events I would see online and I would have accepted less becuase my budget wasnt very much but Crystal worked with me and still found a way to make it look so much more expensive than what it was. Had a 50th birthday party and it was a 70th theme and he was a night to remember because Social Butterfly Events, (SBE) brought my vision to light. The one thing I requested was a dessert bar and I must tell you the cupcakes came in different flavors and I fell over with the banana pudding and red velvet cupcakes.
