- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount for my 6 month integrative nutrition program, if paid in full. And 10% off 5 reiki sessions, 15% off 10.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a free 15 minute consultation call for any of my services during which time I get a feel for what the customer is looking for and what service would best suit their needs. For culinary services we briefly discuss event details and personal preferences in order to create a custom proposal. From then on there is a deposit due, and further communication occurs as necessary. Otherwise, all the client needs to do is be present day of the event and enjoy themselves. All the details, shopping, clean up is executed by me and my team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 11 years of experience in the culinary world, with 5 years of fine dining restaurant & catering experience including Michelin Starred restaurants and about 6 years as a private chef. I have certificates in the Culinary Arts, as an Integrative Nutrition Coach, and Reiki I & II training towards Mastership, and have been offering Integrative wellness for the last 5 years. I have participated in Shamanic healing workshops by Itzhak Beery as well. I have healed my body from 15 years of chronic illness and have acquired innumerable (probably thousands) of hours of self research and education on health. I have also used myself as a guinea big with profound success for years and have learned the absolute simplicity that is true healing.
