Ana is an excellent chef. She has great attention to detail. Her food is exceptionally seasoned, very flavorful and pleasing to the eye. She prepared Mediterranean cuisine that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed.

We were blown away by the service provided by Ana. We were a group of five women who wanted a private chef for a bachelorette celebration. Many of the guests were used to Michelin-quality restaurants and fine dining and Ana exceeded our expectations. She was extremely accommodating with one guest requiring vegetarian modifications. The food was unique, fresh, and the presentation was outstanding. The quality blew us away in terms of an approproate price point and the creativity of the meal that you can only get with someone who has years of experience in a fine dining kitchen and a clear attention to detail in flavor and presentation. Her food is just stunning to look at and flavor combinations I had not experienced before. I had spoken with several private chefs for this event and I don't think anyone in the area is operating at the same level as Ana. She was kind and professional and we will be using her services for all future events.

Wow, our 20 person private dinner was a luxurious experience. Top-rated ingredients, thoughtful seasonal combinations on our five-course prix fixe menu which was an array of seafood, meats, and vegetable-focused items. Chef Violet Chive and her team left the space more clean than how they started and most importantly left a valuable impact on all of us who attended. We will be reaching out for upcoming events and private meals immediately!

The best word to describe hiring Ana as the private chef of my retreat is INCREDIBLE! Working with her to get everything set up was so effortless. Her menu idea was amazing. The delivery of the meals was above and beyond and her food was nothing short of delicious. She is clearly a master of her craft. I can't wait to work with her again for future events!
