- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a variety of training packages for in person, remote (online) and training programs. There is a discount on training packages depending on location, number of sessions and frequency. Please let me know your training goals and I will offer the best deal possible - I aways take in to account training goals and results with packages - you are here for the results!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The more information I have to help you the better. Typically, the first workout is a brief assessment, goal setting and evaluation styled workout - This is an important step! I like to see where you are and what is the best strategy to get the results you are after. The assessment will vary depending on the clients goals but is typically a simple movement screen that prevents injury and assesses posture and current exercise ability.
