- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects high-level, customized coaching — not cookie-cutter training. Every client is different, so pricing depends on the level of support, location, frequency, and whether we are doing in-person, online, mobile, or full lifestyle coaching. I offer single sessions, packages, online coaching, and premium coaching options for clients who want more structure, accountability, and support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning the client’s goals, lifestyle, schedule, injury history, training experience, nutrition habits, and what has or has not worked for them in the past. From there, I assess how they move, what needs to improve, and what structure will get them results. Then I build a plan around the person — training, nutrition, accountability, mobility, recovery, and lifestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the American Academy of Personal Training and have over 10 years of hands-on experience as a personal trainer, physique coach, group fitness instructor, and transformation coach. I also served in the U.S. Army Infantry, which helped shape my discipline, leadership, structure, and ability to push people while keeping them focused and accountable.
