My name is Anna, I was born in Russia and grew up in Israel I am a certified yoga teacher and Ayurvedic counselor.
after the mendatory military service in Israel I moved to USA, about 10y ago.
my life always involved a lot of movement both physical like moving between places, countries, cities and subtle movements between relationships, jobs, ideas, passions and life interests.
I enjoy the combination of yoga and Ayurveda as they are working together in a synchronicity to balance our emotions, mind and body.
when challenging times arise I was choosing the easy way out by moving to the next thing, place, career, relashionship.
by running away from my emotions I only ran from my self, I than accumulated feelings of pain, doubt , fear , loneliness, that led to sever anxiety and eating disorders. this was my personal rock bottom.
while I went on my own healing journey I discovered the biggest love - Ayurveda, a natural holistic healing system that changed the way I look in myself on others and on life itself. after I saw the way its changed me for the better I went to an Ayurvedic collage and became an Ayurvedic counsler so I can educate as many people as possible about being our own unique universe with our unique needs.
Ayurveda is the biggest gift that someone can get in life, this knowledge is priceless as it can be applied to all topics of life from psychology to nutrition beauty , career, habits and even beauty.
thank to Ayurveda I learned how to be a better friend to myself, listening to my body and most importantly be aware to self judgment and the way it effects me negatively.
we can only avoid something for a certain amount of time, until it comes back to remind us the work we need to put in, to actually solve the root cause at a deeper level.
