Pricing- Some of our jobs we need to charge at an hourly rate with a $125 minimum trip fee. That covers up to the first 2hrs of work and anything after that is $52 an hour. In this case the clients pays for the materials as well as pick up and delivery of the materials and we do the work to code standards.
JOB PRICING - On many repairs and other work such as painting ect. we bid the job outright because there are set industry standard prices for the work that is to be completed. We base all of our pricing from Homewyse the Industry Standard for home remodeling, repair and installation going by zip code. We will guide you or present you with the price breakdown. They show on a scale from low to high pricing that you should expect to pay in your exact location. We generally always go for the lowest end of pricing to make these types of repairs at the most affordable rate available.
No Matter the Size of the Job, Large or Small. We do it ALL!!!!!!

ON ALL WORK PREFORMED WE REQUIRE A 50% Deposit. Work can not start until the deposit is secured. This helps cover job planning time, materials cost, travel time and gas. All are overhead items. WE DO NOT MAKE A PROFIT FROM DEPOSITS!! We simply cover our overhead expenses in the rare event that the client defaults on the remaining 50% balance. This helps keep us in business because we do NOT take in a profit until the final balance is paid in full. There are no exceptions to this policy for jobs large or small.
