I was referred to Silergy Wellness Center by a long time friend but I had my reservations about Hypnosis as I’ve never tried it before. I decide to crawl before I walk so I scheduled a phone consultation with Silvia. I was immediately put at ease by Silvia, she took the time to answer all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Once we got that out of the way I decided to schedule my first formal, in office session. I don’t want to get into too much detail as my concerns are personal to me but I will say, after five sessions I’ve made tremendous progress and I really feel like a new person. I cant say how long I will continue as I’m sure there’s a point where you feel complete but I will say, I’m now a believer in Hypnotherapy. Silvia's professionalism and knowledge really shows in her sessions. I would recommend her to anyone in need of help, I’ve already referred her to family and friends.
