FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the number of guests, menu selections, portion sizes, delivery distance, setup requirements, and whether serving staff are needed. We provide clear, customized estimates so customers understand what is included before booking. Delivery, setup, premium menu selections, and last-minute requests may require additional fees. Discounts may be available for larger orders, recurring meal-prep customers, nonprofit organizations, schools, churches, and corporate clients. A deposit is required to reserve catering dates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by learning about the customer’s event, preferred menu, number of guests, dietary needs, budget, location, and service expectations. I then recommend suitable menu options and provide a customized estimate. Once the customer approves the details and pays the required deposit, the date is reserved. Before the event, I confirm the final guest count, menu, delivery time, and setup instructions. Our goal is to make the ordering process easy while providing fresh, flavorful food and dependable service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Food Manager and have training in safe food handling, sanitation, food preparation, kitchen operations, customer service, and business management. I am also continuing my education in culinary arts, business supervision and management, and holistic health. This combination helps me prepare flavorful meals while considering nutrition, dietary restrictions, food safety, quality, and professional customer service
