I had the best experience with US1 Air Conditioning! It started with Cathy, who was so nice, helpful, and empathetic to my situation. She made sure I got the help I needed quickly. She was great! The technician, Brian, who came to my home, was an absolute delight. He was kind, helpful, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He patiently answered all my questions and was incredibly professional throughout the visit. He did a thorough inspection of my mini split air conditioner and was honest about the issue. (The first company I called said there was a leak. Brian found no leak after his inspection.)
Overall, my experience with US1 Air Conditioning was amazing. I’ll definitely call them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their AC. They are amazing and VERY fairly priced. Go with them. You won’t be disappointed!

We offer affordable pricing for all customers to meet their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We scheduled our tech to come out to see the scope of work and repair right there on the spot. If a replacement AC is needed, we can offer same-day or next-day service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs are Certified EPA licensed and have more than 10+ years of field experience.
