I've used Chris Faiella for various jobs all with favorable outcomes. One tough job in particular was when my daughter's hard drive crashed and she couldn't access her data. Since she is a college student it was very important to be able to access her files. Chris ran a diagnostic on the laptop with the amazing software that he has at his disposal and within 24 hours was able to recover all her data. He also discovered and cleaned up viruses and trojans which our antivirus software missed. And he advised us on what to do to prevent such problems in the future. His service is prompt, professional and very thorough. Plus, he has a great "bedside manner", which is unusual for a computer geek. I highly recommend Chris Faiella. I have worked with Chris on two lap tops and a PC. Every time he has been fast, efficeint and very honest with what needed to be done and what didn't. If there was a problem, or I didn't understand what was going on, Chris was there to help me through any questions I might have and teach me how to best use my computer now that it ws fixed. The man knows and cares about what he is doing!!!!!

My computer was operating at a snail's pace. Chris did a quick onsite evaluation and identified several issues, some of which he was able to fix on the spot. He then took my computer to his lab and ran a 24 hour diagnostic evaluation that enabled him to put a final fix on the computer, which is now operating very fast. His service was excellent; he has a great "bedside manner", and I could not have been happier. If I have another problem, he will be the first one I call. Randall Litten

When I have had internet security issues Chris enthusiastically and patiently helped 'coach' me through how I was causing my own vulnerability. He's honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Yes. Each one of our certifications require between 20 and 40 hours of continuing education in order to renew them, which is actually a blessing, because of how fast technology changes.

The most common calls we get are for Virus removal.

Helping a woman whose mother recently passed away recover cherished family photos that were on her crashed and non functioning computer.
