Reviews for Miami custom jewelry designers

If you are reading this, YES. I bet you are reading the reviews like I always do to make sure such a personal buying experience is worth it, and more importantly, legit. I can't brag enough about John. Where do I start?? It started with a short browse in Thumbtack and he answered no more than 5 minutes after I messaged him. For me, that is one of the most awesome things about him. You ask, he answers. Immediately!! So, I felt strange sending him a picture of what I was thinking for my 41st birthday present to myself, because I was for-sure thinking he was going to think it was dumb. Hardly. He thought it was awesome! He asked a lot of important questions (back & forth) so we could start picking out the stone needed to build the ring around. Before we even got started with the process, he gave me a price. That included, CAD Design, Gold, Natural Ruby, Art and Craftsmanship. So, there was not a single smoke & mirrors in this process. NOT A SINGLE THING WRONG!!. Fast forward, we agreed on the details and he immediately sent me the computer drawings. And man-o-man, was I impressed. He nailed the design on the computer. So I anxiously awaited to see how the final piece was going to come out. Now, I had a dream and incredibly ridiculous expectations of what I thought my ring would look like. So, when the first picture came, I nearly fell out of my seat. My heart flew!! He captured the essence of my dark humor mixed with beauty. I trusted the process. I trusted my gut. I trusted my research I did on him, and it was all spot on. A PROFESSIONAL. A GENTLEMEN. AN ARTIST. AN HONEST BUSINESSMAN. These attributes today are far and few between the slim pickings. My ring arrived this Saturday. John even made special concessions to have it delivered via FedEx, insured and in hand on an off-day. I couldn't wait to see it. Drum roll: Now, let me remind you, I had my audience peanut gallery behind me--my husband of 25 years and my 12 year old daughter. my 20 year old son was on FaceTime. Watching that box get shredded open. When I opened the beautiful lacquered ring-box, there she was. In all her glory I dreamed of. My husband's jaw dropped and said "I don't even want to know how much that costed." When I showed him my Venmo transfers, he asked if I short changed John and didn't send him enough! My husband seriously couldn't believe how affordable it really was to make custom jewelry. Needless to say, he was happy he didn't have to sell a kidney. My daughter told me that when I die, this ring and my other jewelry is all hers. Emma (daughter) was the first one to slip this beauty on her hand. She was just hypnotized. My husband held it in his hand, put his glasses on (you know, trying to be skeptical) but had nothing but praise for John and his incredible work. And that is a lot coming from my husband. So, again, if you are reading this as an affirmation you are going with the right most definitely are, John will forever make all my pieces for me. I will never shop retail again. I got everything I wanted. I didn't have to "just go with what was in the case." It was 100% customizable. Down to the black rhodium ruby basket and rhodium pave diamond tail. So, let this be a sign. John will not let you down. John is one of the most honest businessmen I have worked with in a very long time. And it is just so refreshing to know there are still people out there that love what they do and pass the experience off to you for pure enjoyment. Hats off to Alithea Design. You made the ring of my dreams, engraving my darkest humor inside the band to be my constant reminder... John, you are the BEST. Cheers, Rebecca Cernogorsky
