- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All fees are calculated with hourly rate and costs of catering, prompts, decoration, staff, location (if needed) and dj.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is assessing the clients needs, create timeline, create a plan to fit those needs, reviewing plan with customer, then execute. After event is over we send feedback survey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My major is in computer science but my minor is in business managment. Gave me all the skills I utilize today. And the school of life, with every event or new artist is a new lesson to be learned,
