FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and transparent. I offer flat-rate pricing for most sliding door repairs, starting at $200, which includes roller replacement and track cleaning. There are no hidden fees, and I always assess the condition of the door on-site before starting. If any additional parts or work is needed, I’ll let you know in advance. Discounts are available for multiple doors or if you combine services during the same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, efficient, and focused on delivering quality. 1- First, I get a brief description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the door. 2- Then, we schedule a convenient time for an in-person visit. I offer free estimates on-site so I can properly inspect the rollers, track, and overall door condition. 3- Once approved, I perform the repair on the spot — most sliding door issues can be fixed in a single visit. 4- I always test the door with the customer and explain what was done. 5- Payment is collected after the job is complete, and I offer digital receipts. The goal is to leave your sliding door gliding like new — smooth, quiet, and safe.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience from working in the field for several years, specializing in sliding door and window repairs. I trained directly under industry professionals and learned to diagnose and fix common issues like worn-out rollers, damaged tracks, lock replacements, and alignment problems. Over time, I’ve developed techniques that allow me to complete most repairs in a single visit, with lasting results. My focus is on practical knowledge, precision, and customer satisfaction — the kind of training you only get by doing the work every day.
