- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Im very fair and upfront with pricing. If I tell you what will be done and establish a price it won’t change unless we establish some other complication as we are working on the project
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we establish a quote and lock down the rate and the details then schedule the install or get info on ordering materials. Once all that is done we pickup a deposit and maintain the customer on top of material dates and install dates ahead of time so there is no suprises
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing this for many years, and work closely with properties managers and architect so learned the full trait of this business.
