I reached out to CAV impact because I urgently needed an exterior door at my house replaced in order to pass a home inspection. In less than 24hrs they were able to come to my house to take measurements, discuss my options, go buy a door and come back and install the door perfectly. Unbeatable service and quality, Jonathan was the installer and I will recommend you ask for him, flawless installation, professional, on time, made sure everything looks good , sealed and also added the inside door jams to make it look as built. I am booking them again for my patio doors. Strongly recommend you go with CAV , you will be more than satisfied. AAA +++!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Im very fair and upfront with pricing. If I tell you what will be done and establish a price it won’t change unless we establish some other complication as we are working on the project
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we establish a quote and lock down the rate and the details then schedule the install or get info on ordering materials. Once all that is done we pickup a deposit and maintain the customer on top of material dates and install dates ahead of time so there is no suprises
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing this for many years, and work closely with properties managers and architect so learned the full trait of this business.
