- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process when working with a new customer involves phone conversation, one of our representatives will reach out to you and work on an estimate via paypal (Industry's top trusted site for transactions). You should be able to access the estimate within a couple of hours after contacting us. After an agreement has been reached, you should expect the formal contract with the date time and place of the event. And just like that, you already finished the hardest part of event planning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our CEO is Arthur Gonzalez, he has been in the business for a total of 8 years. Working for venues, DJ and other related activities.
