Allan Lopez says, "These people are really on their A game. I called several AC companies and none got back to me. These folks got back to me within the same day, and sent someone to inspect the attic within 24 hours. They told me the inspector would be there between 9AM - 12PM.He was there at 9:01AM.He let me know that my ducts were BUSTED. Like really bad. Gaps everywhere, broken stuff. The "Miami special" he called it. Showed me videos of all the issues to verify what he was saying. Although at first I thought the quote they gave me was a bit on the higher end, after I saw everything they did I've changed my mind and think the quote was honestly very fair.They replaced all the ducts in my attic, hung them (they were lying on the floor before...), replaced all the vents, covered my entire house in plastic, added an air return to a bedroom, picked up all the debris when they were done, and did all that in just like 3-4 hours. Honestly these folks are incredible.Shoutout to Amit. Such a friendly and funny guy. He took the time to explain to me all the issues he was seeing and why they mattered. He was the first one in a line of guys to finally explain that the master bedroom was so hot (5+ degrees hotter than rest of the house) because it didn't have a return. Once they installed that it feels like I have a new house. I've never slept better."See more

We had been out of town and upon returning discovered that the AC unit was not functioning properly. David identified ice on the coiks and worked to defrost it, then checked for freon levels. The unit was almost empty, so he added the freon at $35/ lb. and the unit is working perfectly now. I felt that the process was very transparent and did not feel as if I was being taken advantage of. I was wary of being told I needed a new unit or a new blower etc. I appreciate that David was honest and friendly- a great guy!"See more
