About a year ago I received surgery on my shoulder. Several pins in my labrum and a cut bicep tendon. I felt as if I'd never get back in shape. Long days and nights of laying in bed, taking pain killers while drinking started to get the best of me. I became depressed. While scrolling through my newsfeed one day on Facebook I stumbled across an old buddy that was very successful, not only in the gym community, coaching and being in phenomenal shape, but as charismatic and kind hearted individual who would take strides to help and mentor his clients. I contacted Nolan immediately, requesting help. Letting him know my current situation and my limitations. He responded promptly and worked with me so I could better understand workouts that best suited me. The workouts were tough, but that's good. I didn't want easy. I wanted to be the best version of myself as possible. Nolan would contact me frequently and stay on top of me. Reminding me that he was there and giving me advice a long the way. Now, 8 months after my surgery. I'm in better shape than I was pre-surgury. I have more energy and I'm not feeling sorry for myself anymore. I'm a beast and I have Nolan to thank for that. So, simply put. He's the best.

I found Raz's business card at my community gym. I'm 60 years old and I have lived a sedimentary lifestyle. I knew that if I continued this way I would experience many health issues as I got older. The gym was always very daunting place for me. There are so many machines and I was always afraid I was going to injure myself doing the exercises wrong. Raz lisitened to my needs and concerns and crafted an exercise routine that fit me perfectly Two months into my training I now know the proper technique for each exercise and which muscle groups are getting worked out. This knowledge along with Raz's instruction on proper nutrition for my body has increased my core strength, given me body definition, better posture, and a calmer countenance. Each month Raz records my weight and body measurements. I'm extremely happy to say my weight has dropped by 8 lbs and I've lost 2 inches in my waist. All I can say is EXCELLENT. I've been training with jasmine for 3 weeks now and I see tremendous results in my Body and with my health. I see Jasmine 6 days a week and she is ALWAYS on time and super professional. She has yet to miss a session :) Jasmine also prepares all three of my meals and 2 snacks and delivers them weekly for a great price. Andres is by far the most energetic and motivating trainer you will find. He helped me reach my goal of 5lbs of muscle mass and dropped 7% body fat in 8 weeks. It was mentally tough at first, but Andres really gets involved with you all around not just when you're physically present with him. He sends motivational texts and is on top of you 24/7. The facility where he trains is very professional, clean, and has an inviting vibe. Training with Andres is definitely worth investing your time and health to become better than you are now! I would recommend him to anyone I know and trust no one else to train but him!

When I first came across Frankkie's profile online and saw the name/logo and the whole "big-butt" thing, I have to admit, I was apprehensive to contact him... but we all have to agree that he does have a nice big butt, haha! First, all of my guidance was done online and some of it by phone too. My goal was to attain a certain body weight and body fat percentage, and right away, Frankkie put a very calculated meal plan into action, and not only that, he stayed in contact with me EVERY single day, constantly checking in to make sure that I was following every single thing he instructed me to. He basically held my hand and walked me through everything so I stayed on target to what I was wanting to achieve. I absolutely didn't expect this kind of service and professionalism, but he exceeded everything I ever thought a trainer could be way beyond all my expectations! After having tried different “personalized” training programs by other fitness coaches (basically a copy paste from an online website) I decided to find someone with some real experience. I can only say good things about her training program, it was ideal for my body type and I started noticing changes in no time. Another great aspect of her program is the nutrition, I love my pizza and burgers (who doesn’t) from time to time but nutrition Is the most important part and sometimes the hardest to attaining your ideal body. She kept me motivated even when I thought I didn’t have anything left in me. Definitely recommended. She’s the best out there.
Honestly the best thing I have to say about Krystina is how much she knows and loves to talk about fitness and overall body health. She is passionate and professional. She really caters to your fitness level and clearly puts a lot of care and insight into helping you reach your fitness goals and self improvement. Judd is a supportive, compassionate coach with a deeply spiritual perspective. He is firm but friendly. We studied Tai Chi with him and got a lot of benefit from the physical exercise. I learned enough to work out on my own. I have also had many conversations with him where he encouraged me to take a step toward success, and cheered for me along the way.
There are a lot of things we invest in life, and then wonder if it's all worth it in the end. I've been attending Boot Camp at Dariel's and Ladys' "Body Image Personal Fitness" for over a year now and all I can say that: being part of the Boot Camp classes are one of the best things to ever happen to me! Ever since I joined, I lost15lbs and got back to my ideal weight, not to mention that my run times improved by a whole min/mile. I started to feel better about myself and my overall health improved . They are not your typical trainers. When you are training with them, their ENTIRE focus is on you, and your fitness. Both are amazing trainers with many years of experience under their belt and they definitely keeps you on your toes with new workout sessions every class so your body doesn't get used to a certain regime that will result in minimal outcomes.
