FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free inspections, consultations, and policy reviews. This means you can get a clear understanding of your situation and how we can help without any upfront cost. We operate on a contingency basis. Simply put, if we don't recover funds from your insurance company, you don't pay us anything. Our fees are a percentage of the settlement we secure for you, so we're only paid when we successfully recover funds on your behalf. You'll never be charged upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we assess your situation to see if filing a claim is the right path. This involves qualifying the damages to your property and reviewing your insurance policy to ensure you're eligible to file a claim. Once we've determined you're eligible, we handle the entire claim process for you, from start to finish. This includes: 1. Reporting the claim: We'll officially notify your insurance company of the damages. 2. Letter of Representation: We'll send a letter of representation, informing your insurance company that we'll be handling your claim on your behalf. 3. Coordinating Inspections: We'll work with your insurance company to schedule and coordinate all necessary inspections of your property. 4. Detailed Documentation: We'll create a thorough estimate and photo report detailing all the damages to your property. 5. Negotiation: We'll negotiate directly with your insurance company on your behalf to ensure you receive a fair settlement for your damages. We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. You'll be notified of every development as it happens. More importantly, we never make any decisions or accept any settlements without your full understanding and explicit authorization. Your peace of mind and satisfaction are our top priorities.
