FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Home Staging fee per room for a vacant home includes the Furniture and accessories and artwork for 3 months. For Interior Design I can do an hourly fee, or if the project is more complex, I always propose the client to go on a fixed price for the entire project, it's more realistic.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it is an Interior Design project, I sit down with the customer and ask questions about the way they live, how they would want their space to reflect, if they have children, if they entertain at home, we go over their budget and see if it is realistic for the work they want to have done. I look at their space and furniture and see how I can do the project keeping some elements they already have and would love to keep so it can save them a lot with their budget. You get to know a lot more at that first consultation with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a AA's of Art in Interior Design. I also have 24 years experience working as a Manager / Interior Designer in Upscales Furniture Showrooms managing many different projects.
