FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the project’s scope and complexity. An initial consultation fee may apply (and can be credited if we proceed). Larger projects are usually billed in phases or milestones. Additional costs (materials, custom work, extra site visits) are not included in the base fee and are shared upfront. Discounts may be available for repeat or multi-project clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and structured: First, we start with an initial consultation to understand your needs, style, and budget. Then, I develop a concept design including layout ideas, materials, and overall direction. Once approved, we move into detailed design and finalize selections. Finally, I support the implementation phase, coordinating with suppliers or contractors if needed. Throughout the process, I keep communication clear and collaborative.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in interior architecture and design, with formal education focused on spatial planning, materials, and construction details. Alongside my education, I have worked on projects in various parts of the world, which has given me a strong ability to adapt to different cultures, client expectations, and design styles. This combination of academic knowledge and international project experience allows me to create spaces that are both functional and globally informed.
